ACCESS BETX Attendee credentials, including, but not limited to, BETX tickets and wristbands, are non-transferable and are required for attendance to BETX. BETX events have limited capacity, so credentials do not guarantee access to any activity that has reached capacity. HARASSMENT Disorderly conduct and harassment, which may include, without limitation, any behavior that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or causes discomfort to any BETX Attendees, staff or guests, is strictly prohibited at BETX. MINORS Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult supervisor at all times during BETX. Parents, legal guardians, or adult supervisors of minors are wholly responsible for the actions of minors under their supervision. Minors may be prohibited from certain areas at BETX events. PROHIBITIONS BETX Attendees are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, weapons, and items that can be mistaken as weapons into applicable locations and venues. Large backpacks are not allowed. All bags and containers are subject to search and may be prohibited at the discretion of BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited to, location and security employees and agents and any and all law enforcement personnel. Unlawful or attempted sale of BETX Attendee credentials, including tickets and wristbands, will result in the confiscation of such credentials without refund. STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAW All BETX Attendees must adhere to instructions of all BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited, to all BETX location and security employees and agents, and any and all law enforcement personnel. BETX Attendees agree to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies, rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue. BET or its designees may, without refund (if applicable), revoke this license to enter BETX events or refuse admission for failure to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies (including, without limitation, this Code of Conduct), rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue as determined by BET and/or the applicable location and venue. BETX Attendees further agree to observe and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Government of the United States, State of California, County of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles. Each Participant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in New York, New York, United States, and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder. CONSENT TO RECORDING You consent to the audio, photo, and/or video recording of your name, voice, likeness, appearance, actions, and any other personal characteristics at BETX events, in whole or in part, in any and all media for any purpose, including advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide in perpetuity without receiving any additional compensation. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO SUE. You assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after any BETX event, and you release BET, Paramount Skydance, and the applicable event locations and venues and their agents, licensees, assignees, employees, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to BETX events. BET is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind including, without limitation, claims for any injury, illness, damage, loss or harm to you or your property, or your death arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from attendance and/or participation in BETX. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BET and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, employees, licensors, contractors, advisors, suppliers, agents and other representatives from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including without limitation, costs and expenses and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with (a) each Participant’s use of the registration(s) or credentials, or (b) any Participant’s violation of these terms. You acknowledges that there is a possibility that you may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time of registration, and which if known by you, may have materially affected your decision to attend and/or participate in a BETX event. You acknowledge and agree that you are assuming risk of any such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims. What is BET Experience? BET Experience is where Culture’s Biggest Night transforms into Culture’s Biggest Week! Taking place from June 5 to 8, 2025, in Los Angeles, BET Experience is a multi-day celebration filled with unforgettable events, live entertainment, and performances from some of the world’s biggest and brightest stars. This year, our free fan-favorite BETX Fan Fest returns, featuring panels, entertainment showcases, two music and podcast stages, a Celebrity Basketball Game, a retail marketplace, beauty activations, a roller skating rink, 106 & Park stage, and so much more. Do I have to buy a ticket to Fan Fest in advance? Admission to Fan Fest is completely free to attend. You must register in advance for the day(s) you wish to attend. Register for Fan Fest. Are there BETX events outside of Fan Fest? Yes! There are events in Los Angeles over the days prior to and during Fan Fest. See BET.com/BETX for more information. Why have the event in L.A.? Los Angeles offers sunshine, star power, top-tier dining, nightlife, and shopping. As the longtime home of BET Awards, L.A. is the perfect backdrop for a week of culture, entertainment, and non-stop energy. What is the address for the Los Angeles Convention Center? South Hall 1201 S. Figueroa St., Los Angeles, CA 90015 Are wristbands required for BET Experience? Yes. Registered guests will receive wristbands upon arrival after checking in. If I buy a ticket to one concert, does that entitle me to all concerts and events? No. Tickets are required for each individual concert or event. You may purchase multiple tickets to attend several shows. How can I stay current with any changes to BET Experience? Sign up for our Newsletter, and follow us on social media using #BETX Will there be a place for me to get information and updates about BET Experience activities if I’m around? Yes! Updates and information will be available on the BETX mobile app. Newsletter subscribers will also receive occasional push notifications during the event. Are there any age-restricted events? Yes. Some VIP events and select Fan Fest experiences are limited to guests 21 years of age or older. Can I hop between BET Fan Fest events going on at the same time? Yes, but be aware that if you leave an event, you may lose your place in line or your spot in the crowd. How can I volunteer for BET Experience? BET does not accept volunteers for BET Experience. When do doors open? Doors open at 12 PM PT on both Saturday, June 7, 2025, and Sunday, June 8, 2025. What is your smoking policy? Smoking of any kind—including e-cigarettes—is not allowed inside the Los Angeles Convention Center. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available. What is the alcohol policy? Alcohol purchase and consumption are restricted to guests 21 and over. A valid government issued photo ID with birthdate is required. Will there be food options for purchase inside the event? Yes! BETX 2025 will feature a curated lineup of food vendors inspired by rich and diverse flavors, from beloved local favorites to nationally recognized restaurants. Please note that no outside food or beverages will be permitted. What airport should I fly into? Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major airport. Note that construction may affect timing, so plan accordingly. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is also a convenient alternative. Do event upgrades come with hotel accommodations? No, tickets and VIP packages do not include hotel stays. How can I travel from my hotel to BET Experience? Depending on your location, you can drive, take public transportation, or use rideshare services. The L.A. Convention Center is centrally located and easily accessible. How much is parking and where do I park near the L.A Convention Center? We recommend using the South Hall Parking Lots C & D at the Los Angeles Convention Center. Parking rates are available here: https://www.lacclink.com/attendees/parking. Is the L.A Convention Center accessible for people with disabilities? Yes. The L.A.
