Taking place on Saturday, June 26, the BETX Celebrity Basketball Game will bring together an all-star roster of athletes, artists, and entertainers for a high-energy showdown that blends sports and culture.

ACCESS BETX Attendee credentials, including, but not limited to, BETX tickets and wristbands, are non-transferable and are required for attendance to BETX. BETX events have limited capacity, so credentials do not guarantee access to any activity that has reached capacity. HARASSMENT Disorderly conduct and harassment, which may include, without limitation, any behavior that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or causes discomfort to any BETX Attendees, staff or guests, is strictly prohibited at BETX. MINORS Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult supervisor at all times during BETX. Parents, legal guardians, or adult supervisors of minors are wholly responsible for the actions of minors under their supervision. Minors may be prohibited from certain areas at BETX events. PROHIBITIONS BETX Attendees are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, weapons, and items that can be mistaken as weapons into applicable locations and venues. Large backpacks are not allowed. All bags and containers are subject to search and may be prohibited at the discretion of BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited to, location and security employees and agents and any and all law enforcement personnel. Unlawful or attempted sale of BETX Attendee credentials, including tickets and wristbands, will result in the confiscation of such credentials without refund. STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAW All BETX Attendees must adhere to instructions of all BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited, to all BETX location and security employees and agents, and any and all law enforcement personnel. BETX Attendees agree to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies, rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue. BET or its designees may, without refund (if applicable), revoke this license to enter BETX events or refuse admission for failure to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies (including, without limitation, this Code of Conduct), rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue as determined by BET and/or the applicable location and venue. BETX Attendees further agree to observe and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Government of the United States, State of California, County of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles. Each Participant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in New York, New York, United States, and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder. CONSENT TO RECORDING You consent to the audio, photo, and/or video recording of your name, voice, likeness, appearance, actions, and any other personal characteristics at BETX events, in whole or in part, in any and all media for any purpose, including advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide in perpetuity without receiving any additional compensation. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO SUE. You assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after any BETX event, and you release BET, Paramount Skydance, and the applicable event locations and venues and their agents, licensees, assignees, employees, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to BETX events. BET is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind including, without limitation, claims for any injury, illness, damage, loss or harm to you or your property, or your death arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from attendance and/or participation in BETX. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BET and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, employees, licensors, contractors, advisors, suppliers, agents and other representatives from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including without limitation, costs and expenses and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with (a) each Participant’s use of the registration(s) or credentials, or (b) any Participant’s violation of these terms. You acknowledges that there is a possibility that you may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time of registration, and which if known by you, may have materially affected your decision to attend and/or participate in a BETX event. You acknowledge and agree that you are assuming risk of any such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims. You have been advised of the existence of Section 1542 of the California Civil Code (“Section 1542”), which provides: “A GENERAL RELEASE DOES NOT EXTEND TO CLAIMS THAT THE CREDITOR OR RELEASING PARTY DOES NOT KNOW OR SUSPECT TO EXIST IN HIS OR HER FAVOR AT THE TIME OF EXECUTING THE RELEASE, AND THAT IF KNOWN BY HIM OR HER MUST HAVE MATERIALLY AFFECTED HIS OR HER SETTLEMENT WITH THE DEBTOR OR RELEASED PARTY.” You knowingly and voluntarily waive the provisions of Section 1542, as well as any other statute, law, or rule of similar effect, and acknowledge and agree that this waiver is an essential and material term of this release, and without such waiver you would not have been permitted to register for, attend and/or participate in the BETX event. You hereby represent that you acknowledge and understand YOU ARE RELEASING AND WAIVING CERTAIN POTENTIAL RIGHTS HELD BY YOU UNDER Section 1542 and other such laws. DAMAGES IN NO EVENT SHALL BET BE LIABLE TO ANY PARTICIPANT, AND/OR ANY OTHER PERSON OR ENTITY FOR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR ILLNESS, DAMAGE TO PROPERTY, DAMAGE FOR LOSS OF BUSINESS PROFITS OR ANY OTHER PECUNIARY LOSS, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, ANY DIRECT, CONSEQUENTIAL, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, PUNITIVE OR SIMILAR DAMAGES, ARISING OUT OF ANY PARTICIPANT’S USE OF THE REGISTRATION, CREDENTIALS AND/OR PARTICIPATION IN BETX, EVEN IF BET HAS BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTY EXCEPT AS MAY BE EXPRESSLY SET FORTH IN THESE TERMS, PARTICIPANT’S PARTICIPATION IN BETX, AND ALL SERVICES AND PRODUCTS PROVIDED IN CONNECTION WITH THE EVENT, ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, AND NO OTHER WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR OTHERWISE, ARE MADE WITH RESPECT TO THE SAME, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE OR SAFETY, OR ANY WARRANTIES THAT MAY ARISE FROM COURSE OF DEALING. GENERAL INFORMATION Q: Do I have to buy a ticket to Fan Fest in advance? A: Admission to Fan Fest is free. You must register in advance for the day(s) you plan to attend. Register for Fan Fest HERE. Q: Are there BETX events outside of Fan Fest? A: Yes! There are events in Los Angeles over the days prior to and during Fan Fest. See BETEXPERIENCE.COM for more information. Q: Why have the event in L.A.? A: Los Angeles offers sunshine, star power, top-tier dining, nightlife, and shopping. As the longtime home of BET Awards, L.A. is the perfect backdrop for a week of culture, entertainment, and non-stop energy. Q: What is the address for the The Beehive? A: 961 E. 61st Street Los Angeles, CA 90001 Q: Are wristbands required for BET Experience? A: Yes. Registered guests will receive wristbands upon arrival after checking in. Q: If I buy a ticket to one concert, does that entitle me to all concerts and events? A: No. Tickets are required for each individual concert or event. You may purchase multiple tickets to attend several shows. Q: How can I stay current with any changes to BET Experience? A: Doors open at 5PM PDT on Friday, June 26, 2026, and 1 PM PDT on Saturday, June 27, 2026. Q: What is The Beehive drug and smoking policy? A: No drug use or smoking of any kind is permitted at The Beehive or within 25 feet of the venue. Q: What is the alcohol policy? A: Alcohol purchase and consumption are restricted to guests 21 and over. A valid government issued photo ID with birthdate is required. Q: Will there be food options for purchase inside the event? A: Yes. BETX 2026 will feature a curated lineup of food vendors, from local favorites to nationally recognized restaurants. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Q: Are there wristband replacements if I lose my wirstband? A: No. Wristbands will not be replaced for Fan Fest. Once placed on the wrist, they cannot be loosened or tightened. Q: Is there Reentry to the Fan Fest? A: Yes. Re-entry is allowed at Fan Fest. QR codes must be scanned upon exiting and re-entering. Guests must return through the main entrance and scan in again with wristbands on. Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity. Q: Can I bring a companion to assist me? A: Yes. One companion is allowed, but they must have a valid Fan Fest ticket. The Guest Services tent can provide ADA wristbands for both the guest and the companion. Q: Is there a Box Office? A: The Fan Fest Box Office will be located at the entrance of The Bee Hive. Q: Is the Fan Fest Cashless? A: Yes, Fan Fest is a cashless event. Travel & Accomodations Q: What airport should I fly into? A: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major airport. Note that construction may affect timing, so plan accordingly. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is also a convenient alternative. Q: Do event upgrades come with hotel accommodations? A: No, tickets and VIP packages do not include hotel stays. Q: How can I travel from my hotel to BET Experience? A: Depending on your location, you can drive, take public transportation, or use rideshare services. We recommend public transportation or rideshare, as parking is limited at The Beehive. Q: How much is parking and where do I park near The Beehive? A: Parking is available near The Beehive at: • 60th St and Avalon • 59th St and Central Ave • 62nd St and Central Ave VIP parking will be located at 60th St and Central Ave. Q: Is The Beehive accessible for people with disabilities? A: Yes. The Beehive is fully ADA compliant. Q: Is The USC Galen Center accessible for people with disabilities? A: Yes. The USC Galen Center is fully ADA compliant.
