ACCESS BETX Attendee credentials, including, but not limited to, BETX tickets and wristbands, are non-transferable and are required for attendance to BETX. BETX events have limited capacity, so credentials do not guarantee access to any activity that has reached capacity. HARASSMENT Disorderly conduct and harassment, which may include, without limitation, any behavior that is illegal, unsafe, disruptive, discriminatory, or causes discomfort to any BETX Attendees, staff or guests, is strictly prohibited at BETX. MINORS Minors under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent, legal guardian, or adult supervisor at all times during BETX. Parents, legal guardians, or adult supervisors of minors are wholly responsible for the actions of minors under their supervision. Minors may be prohibited from certain areas at BETX events. PROHIBITIONS BETX Attendees are strictly prohibited from bringing alcohol, drugs, illegal substances, weapons, and items that can be mistaken as weapons into applicable locations and venues. Large backpacks are not allowed. All bags and containers are subject to search and may be prohibited at the discretion of BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited to, location and security employees and agents and any and all law enforcement personnel. Unlawful or attempted sale of BETX Attendee credentials, including tickets and wristbands, will result in the confiscation of such credentials without refund. STAFF INSTRUCTIONS AND COMPLIANCE WITH LAW All BETX Attendees must adhere to instructions of all BETX employees, staff, designees and agents, including, but not limited, to all BETX location and security employees and agents, and any and all law enforcement personnel. BETX Attendees agree to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies, rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue. BET or its designees may, without refund (if applicable), revoke this license to enter BETX events or refuse admission for failure to observe and comply with any and all BETX policies (including, without limitation, this Code of Conduct), rules, and regulations of the applicable location and venue as determined by BET and/or the applicable location and venue. BETX Attendees further agree to observe and comply with all applicable laws, statutes, ordinances, rules and regulations of the Government of the United States, State of California, County of Los Angeles, and the City of Los Angeles. Each Participant hereby irrevocably submits to the exclusive jurisdiction of the United States federal and state courts located in New York, New York, United States, and agrees that any such court will be the proper forum for the determination of any dispute arising hereunder. CONSENT TO RECORDING You consent to the audio, photo, and/or video recording of your name, voice, likeness, appearance, actions, and any other personal characteristics at BETX events, in whole or in part, in any and all media for any purpose, including advertising and promotional purposes, worldwide in perpetuity without receiving any additional compensation. YOU VOLUNTARILY ASSUME ALL RISKS, HAZARDS AND DANGERS AND WAIVE THE RIGHT TO SUE. You assume any and all risks occurring before, during, or after any BETX event, and you release BET, Paramount Skydance, and the applicable event locations and venues and their agents, licensees, assignees, employees, and their respective affiliates and representatives from any and all claims or causes of action arising from or related to BETX events. BET is not responsible for any injuries, loss, or damage of any kind including, without limitation, claims for any injury, illness, damage, loss or harm to you or your property, or your death arising in whole or in part, directly or indirectly, from attendance and/or participation in BETX. Each Participant agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless BET and its subsidiaries, affiliates, officers, directors, shareholders, attorneys, employees, licensors, contractors, advisors, suppliers, agents and other representatives from and against any and all claims, demands and all other liabilities, including without limitation, costs and expenses and attorneys’ fees, made by any third party arising out of or in connection with (a) each Participant’s use of the registration(s) or credentials, or (b) any Participant’s violation of these terms. You acknowledges that there is a possibility that you may discover facts or incur or suffer claims which were unknown or unsuspected at the time of registration, and which if known by you, may have materially affected your decision to attend and/or participate in a BETX event. You acknowledge and agree that you are assuming risk of any such unknown facts and such unknown and unsuspected claims. A: Yes. BETX 2026 will feature a curated lineup of food vendors, from local favorites to nationally recognized restaurants. Outside food and beverages are not permitted. Q: Are there wristband replacements if I lose my wirstband? A: No. Wristbands will not be replaced for Fan Fest. Once placed on the wrist, they cannot be loosened or tightened. Q: Is there Reentry to the Fan Fest? A: Yes. Re-entry is allowed at Fan Fest. QR codes must be scanned upon exiting and re-entering. Guests must return through the main entrance and scan in again with wristbands on. Re-entry is not guaranteed and is subject to capacity. Q: Is there a Box Office? A: The Fan Fest Box Office will be located at the entrance of The Bee Hive. Q: Is the Fan Fest Cashless? A: Yes, Fan Fest is a cashless event. Travel & Accomodations Q: What airport should I fly into? A: Los Angeles International Airport (LAX) is the closest major airport. Note that construction may affect timing, so plan accordingly. Hollywood Burbank Airport (BUR) is also a convenient alternative. Q: Do event upgrades come with hotel accommodations? A: No, tickets and VIP packages do not include hotel stays. Q: How can I travel from my hotel to BET Experience? A: Depending on your location, you can drive, take public transportation, or use rideshare services. We recommend public transportation or rideshare, as parking is limited at The Beehive. Q: Where do I park near The Beehive? Bag Policy Small clutches and wristlets are permitted. Maximum bag size: 5” x 8” x 2” All bags are subject to search upon entry. The following items are not permitted: backpacks, purses, totes, coolers, luggage, or oversized bags of any kind.
